We want you to be completely satisfied with your new tech; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all electronics are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your OhSnap Shop account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the item in its original box, ensuring all cables, chargers, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
